BENADERINGSWYSE EN KURRIKULUM
Lewensoriëntering is die studie van die self in verhouding tot andere en tot die samelewing.
Hierdie vak behandel die vaardighede, kennis en waardes oor die self, die omgewing, verantwoordelike burgerskap, ‘n gesonde en produktiewe lewe, sosiale betrokkenheid, ontspannings- en fisiese aktiwiteite, loopbane en loopbaankeuses.
Life Orientation
Life Orientation is a compulsory subject from Grade 8 to Grade 12.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
This is a subject that counts for university admission, but the admission point score (APS score) is not calculated.
APPROACH AND CURRICULUM
Life orientation is the study of the self in relation to others and to society.
This subject deals with the skills, knowledge and values about the self, the environment, responsible citizenship, a healthy and productive life, social involvement, leisure and physical activities, careers and career choices.
